The SAA Agent Attraction Engine for Sponsored Agents
Key Takeaway: The SAA agent attraction system is a sponsor-provided set of tools in the Agent Attraction tab of the portal. It pairs a Link Page, a hosted Attraction Page that presents eXp and SAA, and automated email nurture sent under the agent’s name. The portal holds three tabs: Configure, Attract Agents, and a Lead Tracker.
TL;DR About the Agent Attraction System
- Link Page routes people to your Attraction Page
- Attraction Page presents eXp and SAA for you
- Prospects watch, opt in, and book calls that SAA hosts
- Join instructions name you as sponsor
- Nurture emails go out under your name
- Replies come back to your email
- Lead Tracker shows your prospects
- Configure and Attract Agents tabs guide setup
The SAA agent attraction system is the set of tools in the Agent Attraction tab that helps a sponsored agent attract other agents. It connects a Link Page, a hosted Attraction Page, and automated email follow-up.
A common misunderstanding is that an agent must personally pitch eXp on every call and write every follow-up. The Attraction Page presents eXp and SAA for the agent, agents can book a call hosted by SAA leadership and the nurture emails run on their own.
This article explains how the real estate agent attraction system fits into the practical tools inside the Smart Agent Alliance value stack built to help eXp agents organize their business, attract opportunities, and get more from their sponsorship relationship
The sections below explain the flow, the three tabs inside Agent Attraction, the hosted Attraction Page, and how to use the system well:
Table of Contents
How the Agent Attraction Flow Works
The system runs in three steps. First, the Link Page is a clean bio-link hub the agent shares everywhere, in social bios, an email signature, and direct messages. By default it routes people to the agent’s Attraction Page. Agents may also share their Attraction Page via URL or QR code.
Second, each agent’s Attraction Page is tracked to the recruiting agent. The Page is a hosted page that presents eXp Realty and Smart Agent Alliance for the agent. Prospects watch the presentation, opt in, and book a call with SAA leadership. SAA runs the call, answers the questions, and closes without the recruiting agent needing to pitch.
Third, automated nurture takes over after opt-in. This attraction flow is one part of the SAA value stack. Each step hands the prospect to the next, so the agent shares one link and the system carries the prospect forward.
The Three Tabs Inside Agent Attraction
The Agent Attraction tab holds three tabs: Configure, Attract Agents, Bookings and Leads. The Configure tab is where an agent fills out their Link Page, setting the content prospects see.
The Attract Agents tab holds methods the agent can use for different lead obtaining scenarios to open a conversation with another agent. It is organized by real-world scenarios such as open houses, broker events, CE classes, and direct messages, each with multiple ready-to-use scripts and a short why-this-works explanation.
The Bookings and Leads tab holds both booked calls and the Lead Tracker. The Lead Tracker shows more than names: it surfaces each prospect’s email activity – opens, clicks, and bounces – and whether they have booked, and it lets the agent preview and send the eXp join instructions when a prospect is ready.
Together these tabs let an agent set up the page, get wording for outreach, and watch the results in one place. Setup begins in Configure.
The Link Page as the Entry Point
The Link Page is the link an agent puts everywhere to start the flow. It is a single bio-link hub that holds the agent’s key links and, by default, routes visitors to the Attraction Page. The agent fills it out in the Configure tab. Agents may also share their Attraction Page outside of the Link Page through their Attraction Page URL or QR code. For a full explanation of the Link Page, see: the Branded Link Page System.
The Hosted Attraction Page
The Attraction Page is personalized to the agent with their picture and information. It is a hosted page that presents eXp Realty and Smart Agent Alliance on the agent’s behalf. A prospect who arrives can read the information about eXp and SAA, watch the presentation, book a call or request to join, all without the agent having to explain eXp live.
The page does the presenting, so the agent’s job is to drive traffic to it through use of their Link Page, URL or QR code. Booking an SAA leadership call and join instructions stay tied to the agent who shared the link. With SAA hosting all meetings, the common bottleneck where an agent’s schedule and depth of eXp knowledge limit how many prospects they can talk to is removed.
Automated Nurture Under the Agent’s Name
After a prospect opts in, automated follow-up emails. This is an automated follow-up that runs under the agent’s name is a multi-step sequence that continues over the following weeks, not a single email, so interested prospects keep hearing from the agent without extra work.
When a prospect replies, the reply comes back to the agent’s own email, not to a shared team inbox. Every prospect and their activity appear in the agent’s Lead Tracker. This keeps the relationship with the agent rather than turning it into a generic blast from the team. The agent can step into the conversation at any point. The Lead Tracker and analytics show opt-ins, replies, and bookings as they happen.
How to Use the System Well
The basics that move the needle are simple. Fill out the Link Page in the Configure tab. Put that link, or your attraction page URL or QR code, in every social bio and the email signature and share it consistently in conversations.
When talking with other agents, lead with curiosity about their current brokerage, which naturally opens a real comparison conversation rather than a pitch. Use the scripts in the Attract Agents tab for different scenarios. The system carries the prospect once the link is shared, so the agent’s main job is getting the link in front of more people.
What Agents Also Ask
How does the SAA agent attraction system work?
An agent shares their Link Page, which routes people to a hosted Attraction Page that presents eXp and SAA. Prospects watch, opt in, and book. Automated emails then follow up under the agent’s name, and every prospect appears in the agent’s Lead Tracker.
Do follow-up emails come from me or from the team?
Follow-up emails go out under the agent’s name, and replies return to the agent’s own email. The system handles the sending, but the relationship stays with the agent. Activity appears in the agent’s Lead Tracker rather than in a shared team inbox.
Do I have to host the calls myself?
The Attraction Page presents eXp and SAA on the agent’s behalf, so prospects can learn and book without a live pitch. The agent drives traffic to the page and can join conversations when they choose, rather than explaining the brokerage from scratch each time.
Why This Matters Before You Join eXp Realty
Whether an agent has an attraction system at all depends on the sponsor they name, which makes it part of the brokerage and sponsor decision. At eXp Realty, all agents receive the same core brokerage platform, including compliance, compensation, and access to company divisions. What differs is the sponsor ecosystem an agent aligns with.
The sponsor an agent selects shapes which tools, training, and attraction systems, if any, they have access to, including whether they have any agent attraction support. Because sponsor selection happens during the eXp Join Us application and is generally permanent unless an agent leaves eXp for the required time period and later rejoins with a different sponsor, it is rarely revisited.
Agents weighing that choice should consider the Smart Agent Alliance team value a sponsor brings, including practical tools like the agent attraction engine that Smart Agent Alliance supplies so that agents can grow and support their downlines while they focus on their production business.
