The SAA Get Support Tab: Who to Contact for Every Question

Key Takeaway: The SAA Get Support tab is a single portal page that tells sponsored eXp Realty agents who to contact for any question. It routes agents to eXp support, their state broker, Smart Agent Alliance, the Wolf Pack, and lets agents submit problems for Smart Agent Alliance to solve.

TL;DR About the SAA Get Support Tab

  • One page showing who to contact
  • Routes to eXp Expert Care for any question
  • Auto-loads the agent’s state broker link
  • Lists Smart Agent Alliance team contacts
  • Connects to Wolf Pack and Investor Army
  • Lets agents submit problems to solve
  • Included with Smart Agent Alliance sponsorship

The SAA Get Support tab is a page inside the Smart Agent Alliance Agent Portal that shows sponsored eXp Realty agents who to contact for every kind of question, all in one place.

Many agents assume the hardest part of getting help is finding the answer. The harder part is often knowing who to ask, because different questions go to different teams.

This article explains how the SAA Get Support tab fits into the practical tools inside the Smart Agent Alliance value stack built to help eXp agents organize their business, attract opportunities, and get more from their sponsorship relationship.

The sections below explain what the tab does, the eXp support routes it lists, the state broker link it loads, the contacts it provides, and how agents submit a problem to solve:

What the Get Support Tab Does

The Get Support tab solves one problem: knowing who to contact. A new agent often has a question but does not know whether it belongs to eXp Realty, their state broker, Smart Agent Alliance, or a partner team. The tab lays out every support route on one page.

Each route lists the right contact, the type of issue it covers, and how to reach it. The tab sits inside the SAA Agent Portal, so agents reach it from the same dashboard that holds their other resources.

The tab organizes contacts; it does not replace them. eXp Realty still handles brokerage compliance, transactions, and compensation through its own systems. The tab points agents to the correct team rather than answering brokerage questions itself.

The eXp Realty Support Routes Listed in the Tab

The tab lists the eXp Realty support routes an agent uses for all questions at eXp including technology issues, eXp tools, and eXp resources.

For direct help, the tab provides the phone number for eXp Expert Care, the team that answers agent questions, along with the support email and the steps to reach the same live support desk inside eXp World. Agents can call, email, or attend the desk in the virtual office.

These routes connect to eXp Realty, not to Smart Agent Alliance. The tab makes the eXp contacts easy to find but does not change how eXp support operates.

The Get Support tab automatically loads the link to the United States state where the eXp agent lives. The agent uses that link to reach their state broker quickly inside eXp World.

State brokers handle questions that are specific to an agent’s state, such as local compliance and licensing matters. Because the tab loads the correct state link by itself, the agent does not have to search for the right broker contact.

This automatic state link currently applies to agents in the United States. Smart Agent Alliance plans to extend the same feature to agents outside the United States at a future time. Until then, international agents reach their broker through the standard eXp World channels.

Smart Agent Alliance, Wolf Pack, and Investor Army Contacts

The tab includes a Smart Agent Alliance support route for general questions, reachable at [email protected]. It also lists direct cell phone numbers for Doug Smart and Karrie Hill, with the type of issue each one handles: Doug covers mainly technology issues, and Karrie covers mainly agent issues.

A Wolf Pack support route directs agents to [email protected] for questions about Wolf Pack courses or otherwise Wolf Pack related. It also lists the hours Mike’s team works so agents know when to expect a reply.

A separate route connects agents to Connor Steinbrook for the Investor Army course, which trains agents to become investors themselves, and shows how to reach Connor with questions about it.

How Agents Submit a Problem for Smart Agent Alliance to Solve

The last part of the Get Support tab asks a simple question: is anything slowing the agent down that Smart Agent Alliance can solve? Agents use it to send their own needed requests to help them succeed.

The agent marks what type of request it is, such as a general suggestion, a portal feature, training, or templates, and then submits it. Smart Agent Alliance reviews submitted requests and works on delivering what the agent asked for. The submission tool gives agents a direct way to shape the resources and features they receive as sponsored agents.

What Agents Also Ask

Who do eXp agents call for tech support?

eXp Realty agents reach eXp Expert Care for technology and platform help. The SAA Get Support tab lists the Expert Care phone number, the support email, and the steps to reach the live desk inside eXp World, so agents can pick whichever contact method they prefer.

How do I find my eXp state broker?

The SAA Get Support tab loads the link to your United States state automatically, which takes you to your state broker inside eXp World. State brokers handle state-specific compliance and licensing questions. The automatic link is planned to extend to agents outside the United States later.

Who handles agent questions at Smart Agent Alliance?

Smart Agent Alliance routes general questions to [email protected]. The Get Support tab also lists direct contacts for Doug Smart, who covers mainly technology issues, and Karrie Hill, who covers mainly agent issues, so agents reach the right person for their question.

Can agents request new features or training from Smart Agent Alliance?

The Get Support tab includes a submission tool where agents flag what is slowing them down. Agents mark the request as a general suggestion, a portal feature, training, or templates, then submit it. Smart Agent Alliance reviews requests and works on delivering what agents ask for.

Why This Matters Before You Join eXp Realty

Knowing who to contact for each kind of question decides how fast an agent gets unstuck, which makes the support layer part of the brokerage and sponsor decision. At eXp Realty, all agents receive the same core brokerage platform, including compliance, compensation, and access to company divisions. What differs is the sponsor ecosystem an agent aligns with.

The sponsor an agent selects at eXp shapes which tools, training, support, and attraction systems they have access to, including how easily they can get their questions answered. Because sponsor selection happens during the eXp Join Us application and is generally permanent unless an agent leaves eXp for the required time period and later rejoins with a different sponsor, it is rarely revisited.

Agents weighing this important sponsor choice should consider not only the brokerage model, but also the Smart Agent Alliance team value a sponsor can bring through organized resources, clear support contacts, and faster access to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Access to the Get Support tab is included with Smart Agent Alliance sponsorship at no separate charge. Sponsored agents continue to pay standard eXp Realty brokerage fees, which fund the brokerage platform on their own. The support tab does not add to the brokerage cost structure.
eXp Expert Care is an eXp Realty support team for brokerage and platform questions. Smart Agent Alliance support is separate and handles sponsor-side questions. The Get Support tab lists both so agents send each question to the team that handles it.
The Wolf Pack route on the tab directs agents to [email protected] for questions about Wolf Pack courses, Social Agent Academy Pro, the AI Agent Accelerator, and the Tuesday Mastermind Call. The tab also lists the team’s working hours so agents know when to expect a reply.
The tab includes a route to Connor Steinbrook for the Investor Army course, which trains agents to become investors themselves. The route shows how to contact Connor with questions about the course, keeping it separate from the eXp and Smart Agent Alliance support contacts.
After an agent submits a request, marked as a suggestion, portal feature, training, or templates, Smart Agent Alliance reviews it and works on delivering what was asked. The submission tool gives agents a direct way to shape the resources and features they receive.
The automatic state broker link currently loads for agents living in a United States state. Smart Agent Alliance plans to extend the same feature to agents outside the United States later. For now, international agents reach their broker through standard eXp World channels.
