ExpressOffers is a platform that aggregates multiple iBuyers (including Opendoor) ready to quickly make cash offers to sellers. eXp agents are assigned these quality leads and can earn commissions from both negotiating terms with the seller and listing the home if the iBuyer puts it back on the market.

eXp Affinity partners with large companies who provide various real estate related services to their clients. Client Qualifications: Agents should meet the specific qualifications of the providing company. Currently those preferred client qualifications start with full-time agents who have been licensed for 2 years and have done 12 transactions in the prior 12 months.

eXp Relocation works with corporations to provide services to their employees needing to transfer to a different location. eXp Relocations matches local eXp agents to these corporate transferee clients.
