This page is for people who use the SAA Portal app, or the Agent Portal on smartagentalliance.com, from Smart Agent Alliance. You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time.
How to ask
- In the app or the portal: sign in, open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
- Without signing in: use the form below with the email address you sign in with.
Either way, a person on our team removes the account by hand within 30 days. Until then you can keep using the portal. To change your mind, emailteam@smartagentalliance.com before the 30 days are up.
What we delete
- Your sign-in and your profile: name, photo, phone number and email addresses.
- Your agent page and your link page, which go offline.
- Your portal settings, saved favorites, notification choices and any drafts.
- Your contact details in our email and text lists, so we stop writing to you.
What we may keep
- Team and sponsor records that eXp Realty or the law require us to keep, such as who sponsored whom and agreements you signed. These are kept only as long as those rules say.
- Payment and tax records from any paid plan, for as long as the law requires, usually up to seven years.
- Plain records that a deletion request was made, so we can show it was carried out.
- Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days after the deletion.
Ask by email address
Enter the email address you sign in with. We will not tell anyone whether an account exists for it.
