How to Become an eXp Realty Luxury Agent

You must first join eXp Realty to become eligible for the eXp Luxury program. Membership is attainable through either production achievements or approved credentials, ensuring that eXp Luxury agents represent the highest standards of success and expertise in the luxury market.

eXp Realty Luxury Agent Qualification by Production

Prospective eXp Realty Luxury members must have completed at least three (3) closed transactions within the last 24 months (if you represented both sides, that counts as two transactions), each at a price point of $1,000,000 or higher.

Alternatively, achieving three (3) closed transactions within a 24-month period at a value that is three times the average sales price according to your local MLS also meets the qualification criteria.

Note that you can qualify for eXp Realty Luxury membership with closed sales from any brokerage. If you’ve achieved 3 closed transactions in the past 24 months at any brokerage, that counts.

 You must submit supporting documentation for each property sale to validate your qualifying transactions. There are two options available to ensure a smooth verification process:

• Option 1: Submit the MLS Listing sheet that verifies the sold status of the property and includes your agent details.

• Option 2: Provide a HUD Settlement Statement with a Commission Disbursement Acknowledgement (CDA).

eXp Realty Luxury Agent Qualification by Credential 

Agents looking to qualify through credentials must hold one of the following:

• eXp Luxury Certification, achievable through either the online eXp Luxury Certification Course or in-person event FastTrack Courses (available to eXp Realty agents at EXPCON), completed within the stipulated time limits.

• Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

• Luxury Homes Certification from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
